The ProntoSIL phenyl phase is a popular alternative to alkyl modified silica gels such as C8 or C18. It offers other selectivities and is therefore the ideal complement to alkyl phases. Due to the special bonding technology, the phase shows excellent stability even in acidic pH ranges up to pH 1.
