We strive to ensure the parts we send out to you are of a great condition and quality. All our parts have been appropriately sourced, tried and tested by our in-house engineers before they are sent out to you. However, in the unlikely event a product turns up faulty, non functional or the item is not what you have order please get in contact with us as soon as you can and we will be happy to help you.
If you return the item/s to us within 14 days you will receive a full refund minus shipping charges. If the item is returned after 14 days, you could still have to pay but an appropriate exchange of your item will be possible.
Any order can be cancelled before dispatch of the items, if your order has already been dispatched customers will have to wait for the order to be delivered then sent back to receive a refund.
